Director
Mr. Anil Kumar Agrawal is s/o Mr. Puranchand Agrawal and has been in the same field of pine chemicals business for the last 40 years. He is a B.Com Graduate and had pursued his further studies in Law. He has carried forward the hierarchy business of Himalaya Terpenes Pvt Ltd under which he has successfully expanded the business. He has also having sound and indepth knowledge of the products to be manufactured, markets to be catered. Apart from the business he also holds several prestigious management positions and memberships with public welfare societies such as Agroha Vikas Trust, Agrabandhu, Brijmandal, Adarsh Ramleela Samiti, Haryana Nagrik Sangh etc.
Mr. Shishir Agrawal
Director
Mr. Shishir Agrawal is the s/o of Mr. Anil kumar Agrawal. He is having a Masters in Chemical Engineering graduate degree from USA. He has held a various experience in the field of Chemical Engineering with his work experience and business exposure in the United States. He brings with him the technical expertise and excellence required to successfully integrate the company by way of backward integration of manufacturing activities in this Greenfield project. He would also be beneficial for further technology upgradation and automation to this new project enabling them to scale new highs in the future.

Mrs. Vineeta Agrawal w/o Mr. Anil Agrawal is the executive director of the company. She takes care of the Human Resources and CSR Activities for the welfare of the society and the company. She is also involved in charitable causes through various platforms of public welfare associations.
